职位描述

Responsibilities:
•    Co-work with supplier foundry to set up CIS technology and product.
•    Analyze the lot result to figure out process integration issue and solve it.
•    Improve pixel performance, product yield, Cpk and quality.
•    Develop new pixel process and structure to improve the pixel performance and increase CIS product value.
Requirements:
•    BS or MS in Microelectronics, physics or material science.
•    More than 3 years’ experience for process integration or TCAD in CIS
•    CMOS device or simulation knowledge is preferred.
•    Good teamwork, excellent communication skill in English.
