CHIP DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER FOR GaN LEDs

Responsibilities
-          Management of projects for the development of new chip platforms in the field of GaN chip technology
-          Supervision of rollout projects as part of the platform development
-          Involving in and testing the new chip concepts and designs
-          Improveand develop individual processes
-          Integration of process sequences in the production chain and transfer to production
-          Sustainable, systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and process
-          In-depth analysis of the parameters influencing component properties and performance
-          Who we are looking for
-          Successfully completed (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science or a comparable technical / natural science degree
-          Several years of professional experience and / or a relevant doctorate
-          Experience in the field of semiconductor industry, preferably in LED chip development
-          Several years of experience in managing complex projects, project management
-          Organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to lead teams, communicative and team-oriented personality
