Senior Sales Manager

•    using various customer sales methods to expand customers and applications 
•    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long and lasting relationships
•    Meet personal and team sales targets
•    Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
•    Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
•    Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

•    Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related major, microelectronics major is preferable
•    At least 4 years working experience in IC and Semiconductor industry
•    Experience of Fabless or ASIC or IP or Foundry Sales/FAE/AE is preferable
•    Experience of SoC front-end or backend design is a plus
•    Experience of Networking, HPC, AI or Industry application area is a plus
•    Knowledge of embedded processor (RISC-V, ARM, MIPS, etc) is a plus
•    Knowledge of high speed interface IP is a plus
•    Fluency in written English and oral English
