Engineering VP

•    According to the company's strategy, be responsible for building leading customer solutions, and undertake the development and verification of the R&D framework and core modules;
•    Responsible for the development and verification of the company's related chips and devices, exert the functions of the chips, and improve the user experience of the terminal products;
•    Instruct the team to complete specific tasks such as models, algorithms, analysis, and applications based on chip architecture.
•    根据公司的战略，负责构筑领先的客户解决方案，承担研发框架及核心模块的开发验证；
•    负责公司相关芯片及器件的开发及验证工作，发挥芯片功能，提升终端产品的用户体验度；
•    指导团队完成基于芯片架构的模型、算法、分析、应用等具体工作。

•    Have experience in digital chip design, verification, and software development, and have an in-depth understanding of the process, links and debugging of ASIC chips;
•    Have experience in system software test design, development and verification, including but not limited to the formulation of relevant strategies and solutions, rich experience in programming, SoC integration, field failure analysis, etc.;
•    Computer architecture background and knowledge, relevant IP driver development experience;
•    At least 15 years working experience in IC design company, with strong leadership skills.
•    具有数字芯片设计、验证、及软件开发经验，对ASIC芯片的回片测试流程环节和调试有深入理解；
•    具备系统软件测试设计开发及验证经验，包括不限于相关策略及方案的制定，丰富的编程、SoC集成、现场故障分析等经验；
•    计算机体系结构背景及知识，有相关IP的驱动开发经验；
•    至少15年IC设计工作经验，有很强的团队领导才能。
