资深模拟版图设计工程师/经理

 主要职责：
1　利用 BiCMOS / BCD工艺，创新、有效地布局和设计汽车车身芯片和汽车Sensor芯片的版图。
2　负责汽车电子芯片的Floor Plan, Pin Out, Chip Size Estimation, Parasitic extraction, DRC, LVS, LVL等。
3　在芯片开发过程中，具有良好的团队协作精神, 保证产品的顺利开发。

　
职位要求：
1　电子工程专业本科及以上（微电子专业优先）
2  至少5年以上的模拟电路Layout经验，具有Mix Signal经验优先
3　熟悉BCD/ BiCMOS / CMOS工艺和器件物理知识
4　熟悉软件工具，如Cadence, Calibre， Synopsys, etc.，有很强的布局知识
5　良好的沟通技巧和英文能力

Senior Analog Layout Design Engineer/Manager
Cosemitech semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is looking for a senior, positive and experienced IC layout engineer/manager, who will develop automotive electronics with senior automotive electronics design engineers . We provide a good working environment and opportunities, and the application and development of outstanding technical skills, to develop the next generation of automotive electronic chip.

Main responsibilities:
1 innovative and effective layout and design of car body and car Sensor chip layout with BiCMOS / BCD technology,.
2 be responsible for Floor Plan, Pin Out, Chip Size Estimation,  Parasitic extraction, DRC, LVS, LVL, etc..
3 in the process of the development of the chip, with a good team spirit, to ensure the smooth development of the product.
4 Set up and be responsible for the entire layout team

Job requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering (Microelectronics)
2 at least 5 years experience in analog circuit Layout, with Mixsignal experience is preferred
3 familiar with BiCMOS CMOS / BCD/ process and device physics knowledge
4 familiar with software tools, such as Cadence, Calibre, Synopsys, etc., have a strong layout knowledge
5 good communication skills and English skills
