Develop & implement long term sourcing and commodity strategies for Semiconductor Assembly and Testing DM/IDM commodities.
Identify potential new suppliers and perform initial supplier assessment for commercial viability.
Responsible for cost analysis including industrial benchmarking, market intelligence, should cost analysis and cost saving tracking.
Responsible for NPI support including new material/equipment/spares sourcing, new supplier setup and schedule follow up.
Work with cross function team to establish solid plan for continuous improvement for cost saving.
Collaborate with buyer and engineering team to implement the business & technic review with key suppliers.
Drive procurement sourcing process effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance to meet the demands of business
Develop, negotiate, and manage purchase agreement and other agreements with suppliers.
