Review and manage quality case happened in production lots from MPS internally and externally.审核及管理MPS内外部产品质量事务

Responsibility岗位职责：
·         Manage daily production quality activities, review the on hold lot disposition, and keep the production running smoothly. 管理产线日常发生的产品质量相关事务，审核on hold产品处理结论，保证正常公司产品正常生产出货。
·         Review, dispose the on hold lot report from subcons. 审核及处理供应商on hold 产品.
·         Provide FA report, drive 8D activities with internal groups, subcon managers on customer complaint cases.客户投诉的事件中，提供失效分析报告给客户，并与公司内部及供应商共同完成8D报告
·         Co-ordinate internal FA, MRB on production quality. Work with FA, DE, PE, Subcon etc to analyze root cause, corrective actions, preventive actions etc. 管理FA和MRB的质量事件，同时与FA、DE、PE及供应商等共同分析根本原因，改进措施及预防措施
·         Support HQ QA. 协助总部QA同事
·         Complete the other assigned work as necessary 其他一些需要完成的任务

Requirements岗位要求:
·         Electronic technology and related, Bachelor Degree or above.电子技术及相关专业本科及以上。
·         Proficiency in quality assurance and methods, familiar with quality systems and semiconductor manufacturing processes including wafer process, assembly, product performance and qualification, reliability, Failure Analysis, and analog circuits.精通质量控制及方法，熟悉质量控制系统及半导体制造流程，包括晶圆制程，封装，产品验证与功能，可靠性，失效分析及模拟电路。
·         Strong problem solving ability and analytical skill较强的问题解决能力及问题分析技巧
·         Strong communication skill with both good verbal and written English流利的英语口语及书面表达能力
·         Strong management and leadership skills较强的管理及领导能力
