职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 制定销售计划以实现公司的销售目标
2. 推广诺领方案,向市场传递诺领价值
3. 建立良好的客户关系,了解客户需求
4. 协助项目导入直至量产,协调公司资源提供支持
5. 了解市场动态,进行客户分析
6. 管理代理商及商业规范,提供培和支持
7. 负责并制定销售预测
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,电子、通信、计算机相关专业
2、5-8年电子行业销售经验,通信类芯片销售经验的优先
3、对物联网行业有深刻的理解
4、具备独立工作能力,自我学习和自我驱动能力;
5、优秀的沟通协调及团队协作能力,责任心强、抗压能力强;
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic plan to achieve company's sales objectives
2. Promote Nurlink product value to the market and customers
3. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
4. Identify business opportunities, coordinate project from design-in to design-win
5. Conduct market intelligence research and customers analysis
6. Communicate with marketing and application team for the market update and technical support
7. Deliver training and supporting to distributors, monitoring the logistic.
8. Establishes sales forecast and quotas by regions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in E&E, Communication or Computer Science.
2. 5-8 years sales experience in electronic industry, semiconductor experience is preferred
3. Deep understanding of the IoT industry
4. Self-learning and self-driving skills
5. Excellent in communication and teamwork
