Test Engineer (Fresh) / 测试工程师
Responsibilities:
Develop framework for monitoring and driving Engineering performance to plan (e.g. test times, yields).
Provide value-add engineering solutions to meet cycletime improvement/cost reduction and quality performance goals.
Drive continuous improvement projects in Test processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Provide support in product test proliferation activities.
Support Quality team in excursion management activities.
Work closely with Test planning/manufacturing/engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of Test manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional Central/Site teams to overcome Test operation issues and challenges.
Work closely with design engineering and QA on new product introduction, including product/test platform/hardware qualification, failure analysis, and yield improvement.
Work with Equipment/Manufacturing/Process engineering to support various internal/external audits.
Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Programming/scripting knowledge will be preferred.
Possess good inter-personal communication skills and able to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of DRAM/NAND/NOR device functionalities will be preferred.
Good written and spoken English.
