AI编译器工程师

工作描述：
1. 负责为Verisilicon的PPU和VIP设计、开发和维护应用于AI的编译器，以支持异构系统对AI的加速，包括CPU。
2. 分析编译器所产生代码，提出编译器优化方案。
3. 与硬件和架构部门、系统软件部门密切合作，理解硬件和软件的需求，从编译器角度参与硬件和软件系统的设计。
职位要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机或数学相关专业。
2. 扎实的C/C++编程能力和数据结构和算法知识。
3. 优秀的线性代数知识。
4. 熟悉AI计算流图以及各个算子。
5. 至少一年编译器开发经验，有编译器优化方法实际开发经验者更佳。
6. 熟悉开源AI编译器，比如XLA/TVM/GLOW等更佳。
7. 富有事业心和团队合作精神，沟通表达能力良好。
Responsibilities:
1. To support AI acceleration of heterogeneous system, you'll be responsible for designing/implementing/maintaining the AI compiler for the Verisilicon PPU and VIP, including CPU.
2. Analyze the compiler generated code, provide compiler optimization solution.
3. Working closely with hardware/architecture engineering and software teams to understand the hardware and software requirements. You'll influence the hardware architecture and software system design as part of your work on compiler.
Requirements:
1. Master or above degree in CS.
2. Strong C/C++ programming skills and solid knowledge of data structure and algorithm.
3. Excellent knowledge of linear algebric.
4. Familiar with AI computational graph and its operator.
5. Experience on compiler development, true development on optimizations of compiler will be a strong plus.
6. Familiarity with open-source AI compiler, such as XLA/TVM/GLOW, etc.
7. Self motivated, team work, and good communication are a must.
