Job Description:
-In charge of the product test yield improvement in mass production.
-Test data analysis for low yield trouble shooting and quality issue.
-Work with global team for OSAT testing yield management.
-Interface with factory quality and other departments for new product development phase.
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in Microelectronic, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
-At least 3 years related working experience in testing, RF test and ATE experiences is a plus.
- Good communication in English and team work ability.
 -Having strong analysis skills, learning ability and systematic method of work.
