Layout Engineer (Hangzhou) 版图工程师

Job responsibilities and requirements:
1.        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Device Physics or other related field.
2.        Design mask according to schematics and instructions from design engineers.
2.     Knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication principles.
3.     Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
4.     Work with Cadence tools (Virtuoso, Assura, Dracula).
5.     Develop layout ability for BCD technology including DRC, LVS debug and tape out process.
6.     Understand of IC design techniques and principles is a plus
7.     Ability to work independently.
8.     Great attention to detail, communication skills, well organized, patience in work.
9.     Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by management or the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.
