Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
Lead analog design / verification team;
Take charge of Top Level and Key IP development for analog/mix-signal IC design project and ensure the quality;
Provide technical guidance  to verification, layout, application and evaluation teams;
Engage with the whole project team to understand the product requirements/block requirement, and provide insights of the technology trends;
Deliver the design documents including the design SPEC, review files, evaluation plan
Capable for debugging and bench evaluation
 
Requirement:
Ø  MS degree with 5+ years’ experience in IC industry
Ø  Solid understanding on circuit analysis, verification and IC design technology
Ø  Good silicon debug capability
Ø  Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ø  Solid problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Enjoy thinking, taking things apart and making things work.
Ø  Innovative, with ability to raise good questions.
Ø  Self-motivation, result oriented, good team work and communication skills.
Ø  AFE(Analog Front End) related products experience is preferred
Ø  Solid understanding of device physics, control theory and sampling system is a strong plus.
Ø  Good spoken and written English
