1. Job Summary
Responsible for formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan on mobile phone customers in East China region, and lead to drive demand creation to penetrate Microphone and audio solution into mobile phone and related application. And achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increase.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales, services and business development to key accounts in the region, striving to obtain long-term, profitable sales and to broaden and deepen relations with them. Also drive distributors to fulfill mass market customers.
Further boost up the value-add, develop relationship with Key accounts’ decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues with key accounts.
Work with Product Line and field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (supplier Business Units & sales representative) to complete the sales cycle.
Provide technical solution to client with good visibility of design-in & -win pipeline process.
Drive demand creation and platform implementation in embedded solution. Support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
General requirements:
University graduated, majored in business or engineering discipline or related subject.
Minimum 5 YEARS sales or marketing experience, strong demand creation sales experience, excellent communication skill and relationship build.
Electronics, Semiconductor background preferred. Sales in audio supplier experience preferred.
Excellent key account management with proven records and well manage distributor to achieve business goal.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English.
