Field Operations Coordinator

Job Title：Field Operations Coordinator

JD
1.     Timely & Correctly Monitor/Process with Daily Case Dispatching, hotline, support email queue for IP products(Synopsys SG products)
2.     Co-work with China Support Center dispatcher to identify the IP cases on the same working platform
3.     Understand the IP portfolio of SG products, get familiar with all the contact windows of every SG product support team
4.     Periodical Business analysis with dispatching activities, call tracking, High priority customer support etc.
5.     Contact window for CRM maintenance/management for Synopsys SG
6.     Case queue monitoring/dispatching backup for Asia-Pacific region wide
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
 
1.Team work spirit
2.Fluent communication skill in both English & Chinese, writing & speaking
3.Familiar with Microsoft Office
4. SAP CRM experience is a plus. Jira experience is a big plus
