Job Title: Sales Development Rep (Security Software)
Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Job Description Requirements
The Sales Development Representative is a key role in the marketing process and directly contributes to the Company’s growth. The SDR will focus on creating opportunities through outbound calls and emails to a targeted list of accounts and leveraging inbound leads and outbound prospecting. He/she will be responsible for a quota of opportunity generation and will develop opportunities from several lead generation campaigns, target lists, and marketing efforts. Experience in a payroll, compensation, finance, accounting, or other highly detail-oriented quantitative position. Requires flawless execution, strong math and logic skills, and proven analytical abilities. Extensive knowledge of MS Excel is critical. Ability to manage projects effectively while handling multiple priorities is essential as is ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Able to communicate clearly and concisely and work in a very fast-paced and dynamic team-based environment. Works independently and together with peers/manager to continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency through system and process improvement. Experience with SAP and MS Access is preferred.
Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 4+ years of related experience. Solid knowledge of multiple disciplines typically gained through several years of prior experience. Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. As a skilled specialist, completes a wide range of complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways. May be known in the department as the "knowledge base" of information. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Works under general guidance from supervisors with independence in planning work. May be informal team leader.
