Job Title     Finger Printer Production and Testing Manufacture Engineer / Senior
Qualcomm is looking for an experienced Production and Testing Manufacture Engineer for cell phone fingerprint sensors
  

• This person must communicate well in Mandarin and English.
• This position requires ability to understand supply chain operation, testing, and the basics of device fabrication processes.
• This person will work closely with designers, Test Engineers and Process Integrators and system quality engineers in Asia and the USA.
• He or she will work with suppliers to bring up finger printer production line in vendor factory, accountable for all testing related KPI/DOEs/topics. Must good at Data mining, to be yield interphase for suppliers, vendors and manufactured sites.
• He or she will be accountable for production line each process yield improvement while work with process engineer and supplier/vendors, to make sure shipment on schedule.
• He or she will be required for frequent travel either domestic or oversea (~50% of time).
   

•   5+ years' working experience, prefer in SMT/IC module industry, well understand semiconductor supply chain operation, testing;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Self-driven and management, able to work independently and coordinate across multi-functional team in addressing technical issue;
• Hands on experience in module device testing, prefer finger printer test sensor method & test technology.
• Need solid manufacture and testing management experiences, and basic knowledge of quality management tool in manufacturing site.
• Solid computer skills: MS Office, Visual Basic, JMP, C++ or MATLAB, for data analysis and problem solving.
