职位描述
Essential Functions
- Close work with Sales team and authorized distributor to identify new lead/opportunity
- Clear all customer and authorized distributor technical, specification, performance as well as quality questions related
- Analyze customer application detailed requirement and provide the best fit solution
- Analyze key customer competitor’s detailed specification, performance etc and try to find solution to design-in products
- Frequent travel to different customer R&D locations to promote product including pre-sales stage and solve technical problem
- Focus on achieving design-in and design-wins on all new opportunities for all products
- Technical liaison between customer and factory, work closely with HQ application engineer team to get the right technical answer for all customer technical inquiries
- Help customer design their circuit and PCB layout related with products
- On-site trouble shooting technical support to customer
- Regularly product training and target application/market training to enable all distributors to sell product
- Identify technology and competitive trends in the market, and define the implications
- Propose ideas for new product
- Reporting customer activity, progress, issues to regional sales leader and HQ management
- Update SFDC on time and submit all needed reports on time
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Electrical Engineering bachelor degree with 5+ years working experience in electronics engineering is a must
- Experienced in piezoresistance pressure sensor related R&D and technical support job are preferred
- Experienced with piezoresistance sensor design and calibration is a plus
- Experienced with amplifier, ADC, MCU related R&D and technical support
- Good understanding of automotive, medical, industrial and home appliance market
- Excellent communication skills with internal colleague and external customers
- Adaptive to travel to customer 2-3 weeks per month
- Aggressive to drive for result by leveraging all resource
- Willing to take challenges and work independently
- Team player, take initiative, self-driven and motivated
