职位概要(Responsibilities):
提供产品技术支持,协助销售部推广公司产品
Provide product technical support , assist sales to promote the company's products.
工作内容(Job content):
1. 提供产品技术支持,包括咨询解答、产品培训、现场技术指导、故障分析和排除等
Provide product technical support , including consultation, product training, site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting
2. 参与技术培训和技术研讨论
Participate in technical training and technical discussion
3. 收集客户意见反馈给市场部,并跟踪进展
Collect customer feedback to marketing and follow up the progress
4. 制定相关设备的作业指导书、产品说明书等技术文件
Draw up equipment operation instruction , product instruction and other technical documents
5. 负责设备技术文檔的发放及整理归类
Responsible for the equipment technical documentation and collation
6. 协助销售部推广公司的产品
Assist sales to promote the company's products
任职资格(Requirements):
1. 2年以上半导体行业工作经验
Working experience in semi-conductor industry is a must.>2 years
Fab working experience
2. 较强的动手能力和系统集成及测试能力
Strong hand working ability and system integration and testing ability
3. 具有半导体检测及量测设备经验,(例如:膜厚测试、OCD、显微镜、SEM 等等)优先
Knowledge on semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment(e.g. film thickness, OCD, Microscope, SEM… ) is a plus.
4. 良好的英文写作能力,熟练微软办公软件
Good written English, good Microsoft office skills.
5. 良好的沟通及表达能力,以服务客户为导向
Good communication and presentation skills, customer service orientation.
6. 接受国内及国外出差
Domestic and international travel capability.
7. 良好的学习能力及团队精神
Learning ability and team spirit.
