Principal/Lead Serdes IP AE (产品支持工程师)

Position Description:      
Providing direct technical support to customers for Cadence Interface IP solutions for their applications:
1. Interface with customer architects and IP business unit to enable evaluation of application specific IP performance and features per customer’s SoC requirements
2. Providing direct technical customer support and assistance to enable customers to successfully integrate/use Design IP in their SoC
3.Working with the sales team to manage the IP activities in the region to achieve a high customer satisfaction rate and for building strong customer relationships
4.Providing customer feedback on new/existing requirements for Design IP usage from customers to the R&D business unit
 
Qualifications:
1.BS+7 years working experience or MS+4 years working experience
 
Must-have Skills:
1.Experience in SoC Front-end design
2.Good understanding of SoC architecture
3.Good written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills are required
 
Better-to-have Skills as a plus:
1.Experience with High Speed circuit hardware or firmware developing, testing or debugging
2.Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet etc protocols
3.Back-end design and analog design
4.Good understanding of the semiconductor IP marketplace and ecosystem
