LTE研发测试工程师/LTE Test Engineer

We have 3 directions of this LTE Test Engineer

IOT test engineer
o    Focus on 4G/5G IOT and related technical support, working with multi-function teams within Qualcomm to support 4G/5G modem features verification
o    Onsite IOT with Infra and provide periodical reports on the progress and communicate major technical issues accurately and effectively;
o    Support future new features network commercial deployment, covering network planning, optimization and troubleshooting.

Lab test engineer
o    Focus on TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD-SCDMA related Lab test (in Qualcomm Lab) and support, co-work with SW team to resolve UE functionality, performance and stability issues.
o    Support Qualcomm multimode chipset customer for design-win projects, requires reproducing and troubleshooting any issue related with Qualcomm multi-SIM solution, including dual subscription dual standby, dual subscription dual active etc. Focus on LTE/ T/G+G, GERAN(GSM/GPRS/EDGE) side, and may involve in UMTS NAS, WCDMA and multimode area as well.

Field test engineer
o    Focus on 5G/4G/3G/2G field test in live network.
o    Planning daily test session and test cases and conducts basic field tests as directed by tech leads.
o    Using different tools to collect information (e.g., logs, requirements) and identifies common errors related to systems testing.  
o    Daily discussion with software and systems teams about identified feature issues.
     
Min Requirement:
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
•    2+ years Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

Qualification:
•    Good understanding the theory of wireless communication; Familiar with 3GPP 36 series standards
•    Good knowledge or experiences on LTE network architecture, end to end call flow, physical layer and up layers of air interface; have some 5G knowledge
•    Strong learning capability, analytical and problem-solving skills;
•    Good communication skills and a good team player;
•    Fluent Mandarin and English.
