职位描述

Requirements:
1.Advanced understanding of processes. Must possess strong engineering knowledge of Etch equipment. (10+ years Etch process area experience)
2.Excellent organizational, data collection and analysis.
3.Work productively in a group as leader and a contributor.
4.Experience with team and project management.
5.The ability to prioritize activities and drive them to completion within budget, on time and as defined.
6.Master degree and above.

Responsibilities:
1.Lead, manage and motivate Field Process Engineer team.
2.Drive process development for 3D NAND to meet process requirement.
3.Participate on technology roadmap choices for the upcoming nodes and translate future technology device needs into clear process/tool/material requirements.
