嵌入式软件主管

Embedded Software Engineer 
Responsibilities:
-   Develop SDK and firmware on real time OS (such as USB, SDIO, I2S Audio,etc)
-   Develop device drivers, BSP on cell phone and other embedded platforms
-   Work closely with IC design team on FPGA validation and silicon bring up 
Qualification:
-   Master in EECS, or related fields, 5+ years working experience 
-   Experienced on C/C++ , assembly language 
-   Experienced on real time embedded software development 
-   Experience with low level drivers, hardware interface protocols (such as USB,I2C, I2S, SPI,SDIO, etc.)
-   Experience with GNU tool (make, gcc, ld, elf) preferred 
-   Knowledge of audio processing preferred
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills
-   Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions

职责描述：
-   开发基于嵌入式处理器的固件,驱动程序和SDK(如 USB, SDIO, I2S Audio等)
-   开发基于手机或其他应用处理器平台的设备驱动程序
-   与芯片设计团队紧密合作，共同完成FPGA验证和芯片Bringup
任职资格:
-   电子或计算机相关专业硕士毕业，3年以上工作经验； 或本科毕业，5年以上相关经验
-   C/C++和汇编语言的实际项目经验 
-   实时嵌入式软件开发经验 
-   底层驱动程序开发经验，硬件调试经验(such as USB,I2C, I2S, SPI,SDIO等)
-   熟练使用各类GNU tools (make, gcc, ld, elf) 
-   有音频和语音处理经验者优先考虑
-   注重团队合作，有良好的沟通能力
-   具备高效解决挑战性问题的能力
