Job Summary:
As part of our successful team in Beijing this position reports directly to the Sales Director Mobile and includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Account Management: establish strong relationships with key persons and channel partners, focus to achieve pre-set goals, increase business share by exploring new opportunities
- Focus mainly on smart phone and related products
- Identify key opportunities at existing customers and develop the customer to the next level
- Expected to build multi-level relationships both in customer side and internally
- Lead pricing and contract negotiation. Input accurate demand forecast and actively manage customer backlog/inventory/buffering to ensure orders booking with adequate lead time
- Be familiar with and willing to learn CRM/SAP/Salesforce and similar systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university in Electrical Engineering, or local equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience of working in a sales, applications or marketing position in an international semiconductor company or distributor for mobile phone or consumer electronics accounts
- Familiar with multi-national corporation internal working process & timely written reporting.
- Good networking in the mobile and successful experience at top mobile customers
- Key account management experience is a requirement
- Willing to work in international teams and willing to travel
- Proficient communication skills in oral and written English
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- High initiative, self-motivation and hard-working attitude
