Application Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Builds up and promote the system level reference design or demo system for new emerging applications
• Cooperate with local sales/FAE teams, global product teams, and solution teams to provide technical support of ADI solutions for customers in China.
• Identifies and supports new potential customers
Competencies: 
• Engineering Degree. Should have strong C programming skills and good knowledge of digital signal processing theory. Hands on experience on algorithms development or optimization is preferred. 
• Familiar with Linux, MATLAB, FPGA, Python is preferred.
• Has the capability to take actions under high pressure and deliver the commitments on time with high enthusiasm. 
• Has skilled communication on both English and Chinese. 
• Good communication skill and team working.
• Able to work effectively within global organization with complex matrix structures and cross functional teams
