机械工程师 Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Devise and validate system specifications  through use of modeling techniques combined with solid hands-on  mechanical and system design knowledge.
2. Design of system and  integration to the total system, including requirements and concept, CAD  modeling and mechanical design, design reviews, vendor and consultant  management, parts procurement, prototypes integration, and performance  characterization.
3. Extensive design experiences in precision  mechanisms, contamination control, structural frames, and cosmetic  packaging/industrial design
4. Apply design best practices to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability within reasonable cost.
5. Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining the expected results.
6.  Activities will include working with cross-functional groups to define  project goals and/or system specifications and then to work from concept  and feasibility, through architectural and detailed design, and to  analyze, prototype, and test to those specifications followed by  supporting the product roll-out.
7. Documentation release to production, design changes, and configuration management.
8.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, will be career oriented  and will be on a path for eventual growth into a project management  position.

Requirements:
1. BS/MS in ME or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in following areas: error budget allocation, dynamic and static designs, frames, packaging.
3. Must be proficient with solid CAD (Solidworks desirable). Experience in model analysis with FEA.
4.  Familiar in manufacturing process. Experience in 1-2 full system design  cycles (from devising System Specifications until release to  production).
5. Documentation skills and familiarity in PDM tool is desirable.
6. Experience with system and component joint development with outside companies is also a must.
7. Ownership and leadership abilities.
8.A candidate possessing the requisite core technical competencies, who  also has a broad set of skills and interest in adjacent disciplines  (electrical, software) will excel in this position.
