产品支持工程师 Total Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new product introduction and production management for semiconductor equipment (i.e. etch products)
2. Diagnose, troubleshooting, and resolution of product / production issues
3. Product functionality / reliability / CIP testing
4. Interface with other functions (Engineers, Software, Manufacturing, Spares) to address product/ production issues
5. Customer and account team interface & relationship management

Requirements:
1. Education background in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science and/or related fields
2. Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills
3. Able to work independently and as part of team
4. Self motivator with sense of urgency and accountability
5. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English
6. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel
7. Be able to travel domestically and international
