职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ICP/TSV system startup at customer side, region team support, and meet with customer to solve tool issue;
2. Responsible for ICP/TSV process Demo activities support at lab;
3. Responsible for system integration and testing, product reliability testing and CIP testing and etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in automation, electrical and mechanical field;
2. Good communication and presentation skills, customer service orientation;
3. Fluent English both in spoken and written, good Microsoft office skills;
4. Domestic and international travel capability;
5. Independent work ability and have team work spirit.
6. Responsible and accountable.
