新产品研发工程师 New Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Design and conduct HW and process experiment with plasma etcher.
2. Create detailed test plan with clear goals and carry out the plan.
3. Conduct detailed data analysis to demonstrate process/HW feasibility and system productivity.
4. Conduct trouble shooting and find out technical solutions.
5. Generate technical report and make technical presentation.
6. Support customer for new product or function penetration.

Requirements:
1. Strong background and hands-on experience with scientific experimental or industrial instrumentation.
2. Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering issues with minimal supervision.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Familiar with MS office, DOE, etc.
4. Education: PhD or Master with work experience in physics, physical chemistry, plasma physics, EE, or material science.
5. Work experience not necessary but preferred.
6. Bright personality, Open minded, self motivated. Good team player.
