后端设计工程师/Physical Design engineer

岗位职责：
1.参与从rtl到GDS的全流程工作，包括synthesis，DFT，floorplan,cts，place&route，timing,closure等。
2.参与DFT架构规划，包括 MBIST, SCAN, boundary scan等。
3.参与芯片层面的物理验证，检查DFM规则。
4.静态和动态功耗分析、IR压降/ EM分析。
5.参与数字后端流程的开发和完善、评估，验证和分析相关工具/流程的性能。
岗位要求：
1.2年以上工作经验。微电子，电子，通信，自动化或相关专业应届毕业生，良好的数字电路基础。
2.熟悉EDA工具 ICC/Innovus，tessent，genus etc
3.熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统，良好的脚本编程能力。
4.熟悉 综合/DFT/STA/P&R 一项或多项技能。
5.良好的沟通表达力和团队协作能力，踏实勤奋，积极主动，善于学习。
Job Description:
1.Implementing from rtl to GDSII that includes synthesis ,DFT ,floorplan ,place&route timing closure ,physical verification. 
2. DFT include MBIST,scan insertion ,boundary scan etc.
3.IR/EM analysis,power fixing based on power analyze results.
4.Develop methodologies on RTL to GDS flow.
5.Cooperate with designers on RTL issues which relative to backend dft ,timing closure and congestion solving.
Qualification:
1.Candidate is preferred to be MSEE/BSEE or relative with 2+ year experience.
2.Understand the backend flow and basic devices layout.
3.Familiar with Back-End  (physical design) EDA tools.
4.Familiar with DFT tools.
5.Familiar with Unix/Linux environment and good at Perl/TCL/C/Python is a plus
6.Be open minded, passion and strong drive, excellent team work is required.
