Package/PCB Designer

Responsibility:
1 Custom package design
2. Review customer's package design and technical support
3. Seek out opportunities to improve and advance design technology
4. Responsible for establishing a commitment to team work and customers
5. Interact with Amkor Product Group & Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met; interface with internal and external customers as required
6. Documentation and record keeping
7. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1. Education/Knowledgement: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience:1-3 years package design or PCB design
3. Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful:
Experience using Cadence package design and simulation tools SI/PI experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills required
Self-motivated and team oriented with the ability to meet aggressive schedules
Demonstrated ability to efficiently complete tasks with minimal supervision
Must be very detail oriented, organized and able to work well in a team environment
