资深工艺制程工程师 Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers’ requirements 根据客户要求研发关键性工艺或调整现有工艺配方
2. Define processing and equipment specifications 定义工艺及设备参数
3. Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental 评估工艺技术和方法在生产环境下的实用性
4. Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods 参与设备设计团队的设计要求审核以确保工艺方法的可行性和通用性
5. Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications 通过收集和评估测试数据来决定设备在工艺或材料参数方面所能达到的极限
6. Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing 开发新工艺概念和方法

Requirements:
1. PhD in applied chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering and material science 应用化学、物理化学、化学工程、材料学专业博士毕业生
2. Strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and integrated process flow 了解半导体制造和集成的工艺流程
3. Be able to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision 能独立够解决复杂的工艺和设备工程问题
4. Good at English writing and reading 较好的英语读写技能
5. Good communication skill and strong team spirit 擅长沟通，具有团队精神
6. Self motivated, proactive and hardworking 积极主动，工作刻苦
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize 能合理安排并处理多项任务
