Evaporation Principle Equipment Engineer

岗位职责：
1. Responsible for Evaporation area equipment (Thermal and E-gun Evaporation) high level trouble shooting that ensures production running smoothly.  
2. Set up PM, strict implementation and regular monitoring the result.
3. Set up and support spare parts management.
4. Comply with all safety, quality, and IP requirements, and continuously look for further improvements.
5. Provide job related training for technicians. Take responsibility for building and improving the technical strength of the maintenance team in mechanical/electrical areas.
6. Equipment move in, installation, and acceptance.
7. FAB operation (installation commissioning, excursion handling, Pump replacement) standard management.
8. Tool or chamber hardware modification and rebuilding.
1、负责薄膜蒸镀Evaporation机台move in/set up，确保设备的稳定运行和Up Time的提升；
2、通过薄膜蒸镀Evaporation机台故障处理、维护保养等，保证所属设备的正常运转，满足生产需求；
3、负责薄膜蒸镀Evaporation机台维护体系的建设与设备整个生命周期管理；
4、负责薄膜蒸镀Evaporation机台相关设备备件与耗材管理；
5、负责薄膜蒸镀Evaporation机台相关设备PM文件，异常处理文件，开关机等文件的撰写；
6、配合工艺，完成新工艺开发、设备改造及参与良率提升；
7、负责保养成功率提升，机台保养人力/手法优化，保养失败原因分析等；
8、协调保养计划实施，沟通协调生产排程/工程部门及安排设备维护人力执行设备保养，保障机台能顺利生产；
9、附属设备 Move  in, 装机进度跟进，残件追踪，设备验收，驻厂厂商FAB作业（装机调试、异常处理、Pump更换）规范管理；
10、Dry Pump Overhaul管理：制定合理run time安排pump下机出厂Overhaul, 针对各厂商Overhaul 返厂的pump ，run  time及异常率分析，产生Option  Prats 现场沟通与判断及原因分析；
11、领班/技术员管理：各组日常事务及出勤状况管理，对保养技术员进行A.B.C三级技能认证，绩效考核；
12、车间管理：负责所属保养区域6S管理，工治具管理。

任职要求：
1. Familiar to the structure and working principle of the Evaporation area equipment.
2. Independently complete equipment routine and difficult PM.
3. In depth understanding of vacuum, electronics, heating and cooling system.
4. Strong hands-on ability, communication and coordination ability.
5. Independently put forward the feasibility and technical plan of rebuilt machine platform and carry out it.
6. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., can output summaries, reports, other documents skillfully.
7. Fluent in written and oral English.
8. Experience in process development and equipment management in 8-12 inch Fab is preferred;
9. Not limited on above mentioned.
1、8年以上半导体Fab中薄膜蒸镀Evaporation设备维修保养工作经验；
2、对热蒸发和电子束蒸发机台的结构&工作原理熟悉，常见设备故障处理&设备常规PM均可独立完成；
3、深入了解设备的真空、电子和等离子射频及水电气路系统；
4、极强的动手能力和沟通协调能力，能够独立提出改装机台的可行性技术方案并实施；
5、能熟练应用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；具有一定的写作能力，能熟练输出工作总结、汇报、案例等文档；
6、英语四级及以上，听读写流畅，没有困难；
7、能承受一定的工作压力，工作认真细致，有创新意识，有团队精神。
