职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end account management: Account Planning, Lead Generation, Proposal preparation & presentation to C-Level executives, and closing the business by managing the complete sales process
- Technical Sales contact for INVECAS IP & Solution offerings
- Build & grow relationships with existing & new customers to generate short term to long term business opportunities
- Work with multiple internal global teams such as sales, marketing, customer engineering, engineering, finance, legal etc.
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
- Attend industry events to generate leads and grow the contacts network.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years in Semiconductor Industry with minimum 5+ year direct sales experience within semiconductor IP (check our website for more details) and solutions space
- Quick learner with ability to grasp complex technical information, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams appropriately
- Experience of complete sales cycle with understanding of Semiconductor industry and eco-system in international corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with customers at all levels of the organization
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without much supervision and with a global distributed team in a fast paced environment with dynamic priorities and initiatives.
- Bachelors/Master degree in Electronics/EEE/VLSI/Embedded level or equivalent. MBA preferred with Electronics background at graduate level
