职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals or teams in all functions selling Axcelis products (tools, services, upgrades, parts, used tools, etc.) in their execution of their sales strategies and tactics to achieve long-term customer and company objectives.
- Responsible for maintaining any CRM or other databases or applications used to support the sales process.
- Act as liaison to the respective sales incumbent or team to other departments and/or functions within the company.
- Insure proper documentation on all relevant documentation for the Business Development and Sales process and beyond as required.
- Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting to various groups of the business. That includes but is not limited to Finance, Sales Excellence, GSS Sales & Marketing, etc.
- Coordinate customer visits with factory based functions like Sales Excellence, Demo Lab, Product Training, etc. (field perspective) for training and other purposes.
- Assist in assigned account/territory TAM establishment and forecast process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Science.
- 5+ years related experience.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong personal interaction skills and ability to build strong relationships across hierarchy levels within the company and with customers.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Coaching/Trainer/Influencing skills.
- High level of versitility to liaise with all levels up to EVP.
- Power user MS Office applications: Excel, Visio and Access.
- Ability to travel on short notice. Percent of travel required up to 30 %.
