FAE for Infineon

Responsibility

1. Represent Future’s interest at all technical levels and offer a level of support required by Future’s customers to ensure that Future’s customers clearly identify Future with the projects undertaken, thus increasing the probability of Future winning the identified opportunity.
2. The Specialist TSM is required to work together with Sales, Product Marketing and Supplier (Infineon), to establish which products are best suited to Future’s customer base and also which target markets to address. Having identified such products and markets, the Specialist TSM is to promote by way of application examples, demonstration and/or design-in, putting the identified products to Future’s customers.
3. Maintain accurate customer information on the Technical database (CRM), allowing all opportunities to be tracked to a successful conclusion.
4. Perform associative selling by designing in as many devices as possible for the particular design; so as to capture the most component within the BOM list.
5. Assist in the maintenance of Infineon’s design registration schemes, thus helping to secure Future’s commercial position within its customer base and ensuring eligibility for any design incentive bonuses.
6. Train Future’s sales force and product marketing to provide technical product & application knowledge.
7. Maintain good relationship with Supplier (Infineon) FAE and AE team in order to combine enough and timely technical support to Future’s customers.
   1. 8+ years Electronics industrial work experience.
   2. 5+ years motor drive or power supply hardware design experience, such as inverter, servo motor, BLDC driver, step motor driver, AC-DC, DC-DC, solar inverter, etc.
   3. Widely semiconductor knowledge on power semiconductor, especially in power MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN, IPM, driver IC, power controller IC, motor driver IC, etc.
   4. Know the power semiconductor products well, be able to do promotion, customer training and field technical support.
   5. Strong sense of responsibility, independently analysis, problem solving, and handle a number of tasks ability.
   6. Character cheerful, optimistic, and be good at communication with people.
   7. Had better to own experience of using Infineon products and familiar with Infineon Shanghai team.
   8. Had better to own experience of semiconductor industry distributions and suppliers.
