Responsibilities:
- Take charge of analog block design in analog/mix-signal chip and ensure the quality.
- Provide technical guidance to layout, application and evaluation teams.
- Engage with the whole project team to understand the produce requirements, block requirements.
- Deliver the design documents including design SPEC, review file, evaluation plan.
- Capable for debugging and bench evaluation.
- MS degree with 5+ years’ experience in IC industry
- Solid understanding on circuit analysis, verification and IC design technology
- Good silicon debug capability
- Ability to work effectively with team
- Innovative with ability to raise good questions
- Self-motivation, good communication skills
- Good spoken and written English.
