Engineer / Senior Engineer Backgrind & Dicing Process

This position will be located in Singapore
Responsibilities:

• Manage Backgrind, Dicing processes, monitor and improve process KPI’s.
• Familiar with process tools like FMEA, Lean 6 Sigma, JMP, 8D, process charts like box plot, bar chart.
• Exposure to materials/consumables selection and qualification for backgrind and Dicing.
• Optimize process capability through monitoring and control process performance indices such as Cpk. to meet operation needs.
• Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.

• Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in wafer fab backend environment.
• Experience in chemical related fields preferred.
