NPI工程师

Job Description：
1. Manage New Product Introduction from initial preparation to mass production implementation
2. Support and lead New Package and new process technology development from initial preparation to mass production implementation
3. Daily work including but not limited as below:
-      Technical gap analysis vs products in current mass production
-      Define risk classification and actions to minimize the risk
-      Define qualification plan and timeline
-      Implement the qualification and feedback result to team
-      Transfer the knowledge from engineering qualification to production and support for smooth mass production.
 
 
Job Requirements & Key Skills
1. Good at oral, spoken and written English
2. Good at communication and have team work spirit as need closely work with division/BE R&D/Central NPI/plant.
3. With good multi-projects management skill & DA/WB experience is highly preferred
