职位描述

Senior Analog designer

Responsibility
* MEMS Interface(Capacitive/Resistive) design
* Design/simulation of analog mixed-signal circuits
* Design documentation/review/presentation
* Layout/physical design implementation, supervision, and post-layout extraction simulations and debug
* Post-silicon testing and debug of circuit
Desired Skills and Experience
* BS/MS in EE (Advanced Degree preferred) with >5 years of proven experience
* Advanced knowledge of circuits including opamps, bandgaps, low-noise amplifiers, CMOS logic design, low power techniques, oscillators, pulse and timing circuits, ADCs, DACs, and mixed-mode circuits & systems
* Thorough understanding of CMOS and bipolar processes and device physics
* Experience with the latest design software tools/suites including Spectre/HSPICE/AMS/ADMS, MatLab and analog layout tools
