模拟集成电路设计工程师/高级模拟集成电路设计工程师

工作地点：北京
 
岗位职责：
1.      独立负责或合作完成模拟集成电路的指标定义、电路设计及仿真验证；
2.      负责指导版图工程师完成所设计电路的版图设计，保证版图设计质量；
3.      负责测试、验证模拟集成电路的功能及性能。
 
任职要求:
1.     2年以上模拟集成电路相关工作经验；
2.      具有扎实的模拟集成电路设计基础，熟悉设计流程，熟练使用常用EDA软件；
3.      具有放大器、滤波器、ADC/DAC、bandgap、LDO、DC-DC或其它模拟电路设计流片经验；
4.      能够熟练使用常用测试仪器进行模拟集成电路的测试；
5.      有良好的英文阅读及写作能力，有良好的沟通、团队合作能力。
 
学历要求：
具有电子工程、微电子等相关专业硕士或博士学位
 
Analog IC Designer / Senior Analog IC Designer：2

Location: Beijing
 
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for specification, schematic design and simulation verification of analog integrated circuits
2. Guide layout designer to implement analog circuit layout
3. Responsible for chip level validation/verification of analog circuits
 
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years experiences in analog IC design
2. Strong knowledge of analog integrated circuit design fundamentals, fimiliar with EDA tools
3. Experiences in amplifier, filter, ADC/DAC, bandgap, LDO, DC-DC or other analog circuit design are highly desired
4. Familiar with analog circuit test and validation
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
 
Education Requirements:
Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics
