射频芯片设计

岗位职责：
1.      独立负责或合作完成射频集成电路的指标定义、电路设计及仿真验证；
2.      负责指导版图工程师完成所设计电路的版图设计，保证版图设计质量；
3.      负责测试、验证射频集成电路的功能及性能。
 
任职要求:
1.      具有电子工程、微电子等相关专业硕士或博士学位，2年以上射频集成电路相关工作经验；
2.      具有扎实的射频、模拟集成电路设计基础，熟悉设计流程，熟练使用常用EDA软件；
3.      具有PLL、LNA、PA或其它射频电路设计流片经验；
4.      能够熟练使用常用测试仪器进行射频集成电路的测试；
5.      有良好的英文阅读及写作能力，有良好的沟通、团队合作能力。
 

RF IC Designer / Senior RF IC Designer：
 
Department: RF Technology
Location: Beijing
 
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for specification, schematic design and simulation verification of RF integrated circuits
2. Guide layout designer to implement RF circuit layout
3. Responsible for chip level validation/verification of RF circuits
 
Qualifications:
1. Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics，2+ years experiences in RF IC design
2. Strong knowledge of RF integrated circuit design fundamentals, fimiliar with EDA tools
3. Experiences in PLL, LNA, PA or other RF circuit design are highly desired
4. Familiar with RF circuit test and validation
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
