Sales/Account Manager purpose:
Drive profitable growth with customers
Acts as one point of contact for our customers and builds strong relationships and collaborates at all levels to deliver solutions
Develops, maintains and shares Account Plans that details the strategy for the account and tracks achievement and meet sales and DWIN targets against this plan ensuring effective communication throughout the organization
Key Areas of Responsibilities;
Revenue
Drive sales and award compliance to achieve budget
Takes Ownership and drives the contract negotiations
This position will cover south of China
People
Drive Culture of Performance throughout organization
Processes & structure
Develop & implement business strategy in the assigned account/area. Participate in setting the account(s) budget.
Develop & maintain productive working relations with direct counterparts and key influencers in the customer base
Deploy channel strategy, drive & manage resources in channel (disti, VAR…) efficiently to max. client’s benefit
Initiate, close and report design-in programs and identify new projects in co-ordination with BD and Marketing
Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
Prepare account forecast. Understand production plans, ramp-up/-downs, and communicate forecast (RFF/ DP)
Provide product and pricing information to the customer. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering
Essential Requirements
Experience in Sales / BD Semiconductor Industry at least 5yrs+
with the sales experience in telecom power, UPS, EV charger market in supplier or have technical background.
Fluent spoken & written English
Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator
Willing to travel frequently
