Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Job Description:
Lead improve project more focusing on process automation/JIT (WIP control/Kanban)
Support on the build-up of Personal Efficiency Monitoring system.
Maintan HC Loading data base.
Working place design.
Coordinate the machine layout and hook up.
Investment control and coordinate the capital approved process.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Industrial Engineering.
More than 5 years IE related working experience,relevant experience in semiconductor industry / Assembly-Test operation is preferred.
Familiar with MS Office software especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge in using AutoaCAD,Access and other programming,knowledge in using SAP is a plus.
Ability to communicate and write in English.
Analytical, high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to drive a team to achieve goal.
Good problem solving skill and ability to provide idea / alternative.
Manage conflict with constructive confrontation.
