高性能处理器研发工程师 -Junior Level

【职位描述】
1、 Work with US and world-wide team in high performance processor, including logic, verification, PD, circuit, design flow (in-house), etc.
2、 Own processor related high performance IP development, including architecture, logic, verification, PD, circuit, design flow (in-house or COT), etc
3、 Enable customers in processor chip development across the full cycle, including logic, verification, PD, circuit, design flow (COT), etc.
4、Addresses customer technical issues and to construct technical analyses and solution.
5、On-site technical support, specifically for the industrial/IBM in-house EDA tools & IP application.
6、Build up Fabless Operation strategy(test chips, engagements).
7、Engage in new processor and IP development for skill ramp-up.
【职位要求】(Not all, but more is better)
1、Familiar with processor architecture.
2、Familiar with physical design (ultra-high speed design process)
3、Familiar with industrial (Cadence/Synopsys) IC design flow as a plus.
4、Familiar with high performance circuit design as a plus.
5、Familiar with IBM in-house processor design flow as a plus.
6、Familiar with DFT, DFM as a plus.
7、Familiar with micro-architecture of general processor (ISA, Pipeline, SIMD, SMT, etc.).
8、Familiar with high speed I/O design as a plus.
9、Understanding/Basic knowledge of server system architecture.
10、Knowledge of Linux based operating system.
11、Knowledge of I/O bus standards PCIe, USB3, DDR3/4, SAS, Fibre Channel and Ethernet as a plus.
12、Knowledge of RAS as a plus.
13、Ability to identify, investigate, debug and solve customer technical issues.
14、Interpersonal skills.
15、Verbal and written communication skills in English.
